At Takwīn NZ, we are committed to providing high-quality website design and setup services that meet our clients’ expectations. This policy outlines your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) of New Zealand.

1. Service Quality Guarantee

All our services are performed with reasonable care, skill, and within a reasonable time. If the delivered website does not match what was agreed upon or described on our website, we will:

  • Provide necessary revisions at no extra cost, or
  • Offer a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

2. No Refunds After Work Has Begun

Because our services are customised and digital in nature, refunds are not available once the design process has started, unless:

  • The service has not been delivered as described, or
  • The project has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe without valid cause.

We always aim to complete your website quickly and professionally, and we will communicate clearly about timelines and progress.

3. Revisions

Each package (Basic, Premium, or Custom) includes free revisions to ensure satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of initial delivery. Major structural changes or new requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

4. Project Cancellation

If you request to cancel before work has begun, you may receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees). If you cancel after work has started, no refund will be issued, as the design time and resources are already allocated.

5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a service is not delivered with reasonable care, skill, or within a reasonable time, you are legally entitled to a remedy — which may include correction, redo, or refund.
